Fee Structure

Delhi Public School Rajnagar, Ghaziabad is happy to announce a huge benefit to parents who have admitted their two children to our school from the academic session 2022-23. Parents can avail sibling fees relief of 50% subject to certain terms and conditions. This fee relief will only be given to the younger sibling who is the biological offspring of the same parents. This relief will be available to younger child till the older one remains our student. This relief process will be fully automated and once your application is received, processed and approved, credit note would be automatically posted by software to your younger ward’s fee account. The credit note will be processed by system only upon timely payment of fee every quarter i.e. 5th April, 5th July, 5th October and 5th January. This relief will not be available to parents who wish to pay school fee in monthly instalments or fee payment is received beyond due date. This relief will also be available to the parents who deposit the entire year fee in one go on or before 5th April. It is important to note that full fee of older sibling and balance fee for the younger one must be deposited on or before due date to avail this relief. This fee relief will be available to one child only at a time.

Sibling fee relief will remain applicable for session 2024-2025 as well. The school reserves its right to withdraw the above relief post 2024-25 session. The said relief can also be withdrawn if a child is found guilty of disciplinary misdemeanors, damages school property and is unable to pass the exams or the parent is found misbehaving with school staff or his behavior is questionable. Any disrespect towards school or its staff by parent or child will also make the relief withdrawn.

The school reserves its right to withdraw/revise the above announcement and/or fee chart, if any UP Government or court orders are received which are pertaining to reduction of school fees as a covid or any other relief and / or conflicting with respect to sibling relief and proposed fee for 2024-25.

General Rules:

• Payment of school fee is to be made through banking channels only. The school offers NACH, RTGS & PAYTM facility for fee payment. The process would be shared at the time of enrollment. School strictly discourages payment of fee’s in cash. Any bank/payment charges are to be paid by parent only.

Note:

• The school reserves the right to revise the school fees keeping in view the price index and other relevant considerations. However, such revision will not take place during the academic year barring exceptional circumstances. The fee increase will be as per rules and process defined in The Uttar Pradesh Self Financed Independent Schools (Fixation of fees) Act, 2018
• Participation for Summer Camp in 2024 will be optional and the school reserves its right to charge for different special activities during the camp.
• The school does not charge for Newspaper / Pluto / Orbit, Art Program, Annual day special costumes and Preparatory Classes, Participation in CBSE Sports Competition, Inter School Competition, Inter DPS Competition, Enrichment Classes, Saturday Classes and Beyond School hours training in sports, Birthday book, Training of children for trinity exam and Prayag sangeet samiti, Robotic, Science and math lab activities, Computer education, Smart class, Clubs, Aptitude testing, Counseling, Communication and SMS, practical fee, PG-Spicmacay performances, RO water, Field trip, Olympiads, Swimming pool facility & Evening sports facilities. However the school reserves its right to charge for these activities events / items if need arises in future years. However the school reserves the right to amend or withdraw any of the item mentioned above with/without prior information or notice.
